By visiting the site, submitting a form, enrolling in a wellness programme, or engaging with any PPM Organic practitioner, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

PPM Organic operates as a health and wellness collective focused on organic nutrition, holistic coaching, and preventive lifestyle support. We provide educational content and personalised guidance intended to complement—not replace—care from licensed medical professionals. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates published on this page with a revised effective date.

Nature of wellness services

PPM Organic practitioners include nutrition specialists, holistic health coaches, and mind-body wellness facilitators. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific individual, our team members do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe pharmaceutical treatments, or perform clinical procedures through this platform. Services consist of nutrition education, organic meal planning, lifestyle assessment, stress management techniques, movement guidance, and related wellness coaching.

You acknowledge that wellness coaching outcomes vary based on individual physiology, adherence, pre-existing conditions, and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results such as weight loss targets, lab value normalisation, symptom elimination, or disease remission. Any examples shared on the website or in marketing materials represent illustrative experiences and are not promises of identical outcomes for every client.

If you experience acute symptoms, worsening health conditions, or mental health crisis, you must seek appropriate emergency or clinical care rather than relying on PPM Organic communications. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to enroll in paid programmes or book consultations independently. Parents or legal guardians may enroll minors with documented consent and must participate in sessions involving children under sixteen. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with client portals or resource libraries. Notify PPM Organic promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information, engage in abusive conduct toward staff or practitioners, or violate these terms.

Programme enrollment and payment

Pricing for wellness programmes, coaching sessions, and add-on services is displayed on our Pricing Plan page and confirmed at enrollment. All fees are quoted with a dollar sign and must be paid according to the schedule presented during checkout unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. Programme access begins upon payment confirmation unless a later start date is selected.

Starter programmes include a seven-day satisfaction window allowing refund requests before the first live coaching session, provided digital materials have not been extensively downloaded or shared. Longer programmes may be paused or adjusted at midpoint review subject to credit policies described during enrollment. Late cancellation of scheduled sessions with less than twenty-four hours notice may incur fees disclosed in your programme agreement.

PPM Organic may modify published prices for future enrollments at any time. Existing clients retain pricing locked at enrollment for the duration of their purchased programme unless they voluntarily upgrade or extend services at current rates.

Practitioner matching and session conduct

When you request an appointment, our intake team matches you with practitioners based on stated goals, specialty alignment, availability, and communication preferences. While we strive for satisfactory matches, you may request reassignment if the initial pairing does not meet expectations, subject to practitioner availability.

Video sessions require a stable internet connection and private environment suitable for confidential health discussions. Recordings of sessions are not permitted without explicit written consent from all parties. Practitioners maintain professional boundaries and expect reciprocal respect from clients. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour results in immediate termination of services without refund.

Practitioners document session notes for continuity of care. You may request copies of non-clinical summaries where applicable. Detailed records remain property of PPM Organic and participating practitioners as required for quality assurance and regulatory compliance in wellness coaching contexts.

Intellectual property

All content on ppmorganic.com—including text, graphics, logos, meal plan templates, worksheets, videos, and downloadable resources—is owned by PPM Organic or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for personal wellness purposes during active enrollment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from PPM Organic content without prior written permission. Sharing login credentials or programme files with non-enrolled individuals violates these terms and may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

Feedback, testimonials, or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used by PPM Organic in marketing materials with your consent. Anonymous or aggregated feedback may be used without attribution for service improvement.

Supplements, products, and third-party referrals

Practitioners may recommend dietary supplements, organic food products, or partner services when aligned with your wellness plan. PPM Organic does not manufacture these products and disclaims liability for third-party quality, labelling accuracy, or adverse reactions. You assume responsibility for reviewing ingredient lists, consulting medical providers about interactions with medications, and purchasing from reputable sources.

Affiliate relationships with product vendors, when present, are disclosed in relevant materials. Recommendations prioritise client benefit over commercial incentive. You are never required to purchase recommended products to receive core coaching services.

Newsletter and communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about organic wellness topics, programme announcements, and educational content. Transactional emails related to active services may be sent regardless of marketing subscription status. Unsubscribe links appear in promotional emails and on our dedicated unsubscribe page.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPM Organic and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable legal fees—arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the website, provision of inaccurate health information, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit or actions you take in connection with our services.

Dispute resolution and governing law

We encourage resolution of concerns through direct communication via our contact form before pursuing formal dispute procedures. If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually acceptable mediator prior to litigation or arbitration where required by applicable consumer protection regulations.
